Q: Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?
A: All services are by reservation only to ensure each guest receives personalized care and a tranquil, uninterrupted experience. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Q: Is a deposit required to book services?
A: Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments, including group spa experiences. This secures your time and ensures we can accommodate all guests with care. Deposits may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given.

Salt Room Sessions

Q: What should I wear for a salt room session?
A: Comfortable clothing is recommended. Light, breathable fabrics allow you to relax fully and absorb the benefits of the salt-rich air. Socks are required inside the salt room. If you prefer, you may wear shorts and a tank top to expose more skin for enhanced results.

Q: Can children use the salt room?
A: Yes. Children are welcome with a paid adult. The salt room provides respiratory, immune, and relaxation benefits for guests of all ages.

Yoni & Lingam Steams

Q: What should I wear for a yoni or lingam steam?
A: We provide a comfortable, breathable steam gown for your session. Many guests choose to wear a long, loose dress or skirt for easy transition to the yoni throne. Avoid tight or restrictive clothing before and after your steam.

Q: Are there any restrictions for steaming?
A: Yoni Steams are not recommended during menstruation, pregnancy, or while using an IUD unless approved by a healthcare provider. Lingam Steams should be avoided if there are open wounds, infections, or recent surgical procedures.

Q: How long does a steam session last?
A: Each steam session typically lasts 30–45 minutes, depending on the service type. During this time, gentle herbal steam rises from the throne to encourage detoxification, increased circulation, and deep relaxation.

Q: What’s included in a steam session?
A: Every session begins with a private consultation to identify your needs—such as menstrual discomfort, stress relief, emotional healing, or hormonal balance. We then prepare a custom herbal blend specifically for you. You’ll be guided to your yoni or lingam throne, where soft lighting, aromatherapy, and music enhance your relaxation. Herbal tea is offered afterward to continue the detoxification and grounding process.

Q: Is the steam too hot?
A: No. Your comfort and safety are our top priority. The temperature is carefully adjusted to a gentle warmth, never scalding. You’ll always be able to communicate with your provider during your session.

Q: How often should I steam?
A: Frequency depends on your body’s needs. Some guests steam once a month for maintenance and relaxation, while others prefer biweekly sessions for deeper energetic release or to support hormonal balance. Your practitioner will guide you on the best rhythm during your consultation.

Massage Therapy

Q: What should I wear for a massage?
A: Most guests undress to their comfort level. Our licensed massage therapists ensure you are properly draped throughout the session for privacy and comfort. For certain modalities, such as Reiki or Soft Stretch Therapy, you may remain fully clothed in loose, comfortable attire.

Q: Do you have female massage therapists?
A: At this time, all of our massage therapists are male. Each provider is a licensed professional trained to deliver a respectful, high-quality experience focused solely on therapeutic results and your comfort.

Booking & Policies

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Q: Do you offer group spa experiences?
A: Yes. We curate group spa days and wellness events for celebrations, corporate wellness, and private retreats. A $25 per person deposit is required to secure your group booking.

Q: How can I book an appointment?
A: You can easily book online through our scheduling portal or call/text 480-249-8456. Our team will assist you in selecting the right service or package for your needs.

Q: Do you accommodate travelers or same-day bookings?
A: Yes, when availability allows. Many of our guests are visitors to Phoenix seeking a restorative stop between travels. We recommend calling ahead to confirm open sessions.

Q: Do you accept HSA or FSA payments?
A: Yes, we accept some HSA and FSA cards, depending on your provider’s policy. Coverage can vary based on the type of plan and service selected.
